Confirmation the System Cannot Send the Record to the Next Step As Step Assignee Is No Longer Active in the Project... (Doc ID 2996425.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Send a Workflow type Business Process (BP) record to the next step in the workflow:


ACTUAL RESULT

The following Confirmation dialog box pops up:

Confirmation

The system cannot send the record to the next step as step assignee is no longer active in the Project. Do you want the system to send an email notification about the error and appropriate action to the Administrator?

EXPECTED RESULT
----------------------------
The action to Send the record to the next step in the WF should complete and the processing window close.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following example steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to the applicable workspace and open a BP Record, example BP1-0001 (You need to open the record as the current WF step assignee).
  3. The Workflow Progress shows the record at WorkflowStep 4.  Accept the Task for this BP record > Click "Send" > Complete any required fields, the Workflow Action Details window displays Send For: "WorkflowStep5".
  4. Click "Send".
  5. The Confirmation dialog box outlined above pops up.
