Unable to download scheduled report output from the Report Job History page using FireFox

Symptoms
Analytics Publisher scheduled report output cannot be downloaded from the Report Job History page while using the Firefox browser for report output other than PDF format.
This issue can occur after receiving the 23D Quarterly update. As a result, the Report output cannot be downloaded using the Firefox browser.
STEPS
- Login to Fusion cloud service
- Navigate to Tools > Report & Analytics
- Click Browse Catalog
- Navigate to the shared folder of the Analytics Publisher report to be scheduled
- Click on More > Schedule
- Submit the Job
- Navigate to the Report Job History page >Search and Open the Report Job Name
- Download the output file
The download process does not start and hence the report output is not available.
Web Developer Tools of Firefox browser shows the below error
Content-Security-Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at blob:https://<host.domain>/<xnnnnnn-nxnn-nnxn-xnnx-nxxxnnnnn> (“frame-src”).
