Inventory Receipts Doubled when an Empty File Was Loaded Mistakenly (Doc ID 2996566.1)

Goal

Consider the following scenario:

While reloading receipts, an empty file was sent by mistake.
Following jobs were run: HIST_ZIP_FILE_LOAD_ADHOC, HIST_CSV_INVRECEIPTS_LOAD_ADHOC, and W_PDS_INVRC_IT_LC_WK_A_JOB.
When noticed no new dates were showing for the receipts PDS table, it was discovered that the receipts file was empty (it just had the header).
Then also realized the receipts quantity had doubled.
Because the FS table was not truncated, the transactional load are additive, the data was summed.
