ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Some settings related to travel time, such as "Use SLR", "Travel limit in KM", "SLR% time limit" etc. were removed from the user interface preventing the customer from configuring/using it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
===================
Routing plan travel time settings should be available for configuration/use on OFS GUI

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
================
Some routing plan travel time settings are not available for configuration/use on OFS GUI
