Cannot set the default value for a custom LOV field in application composer
Trying to set the default value for a custom LOV field, when that happens the below error appears:
ERROR

MetaObjectManager loadFromXML called with unknown object type PDefEntityObject.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in the application
2. Open a sandbox with app composer
3. Go to the custom field and try to set the default value

Due to this issue, users cannot set the default value for a custom LOV field.
