ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EICS Item Lookup - Price Change not listed under the pricing events for emergency price changes created from RPM. The new price change is seen in the high-level details of the item lookup screen but not the price events screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check item lookup in SIOCS and take a snap of the current price and future events.
2. Create The emergency price change in RPM and approve with the effective date as Today (current date)
3. Price is integrated into SIOCS
4. Check item lookup.
The price is updated in the first part of the item lookup screen but when the users check the price events screen the new price change is not listed.
