Symptoms

SOHdrMod is not reaching SIOCS MPS from RICS - RIB SIM.

Established this is going through RICS ok and there maybe a problem in SIOCS going into the MPS stage.

RIB SIM adapter log shows this is going through fine, not failing.

SIOCS injector service was successful.
