Goal

When processing an Inter-company Book Transfer for an item that has Up-Charges defined for the From VWH and To VWH, the Up-Charges are successfully applied to the Transfer (on TSFDETAIL_CHRG), but when the Transfer is Approved and gets processed, it does not write the TRAN_DATA table for the Up-Charges, nor does it apply the value of it to the receiving VWH's Weighted Average Cost (WAC).
