Unifier Notification "Results cannot be retrieved" When Running User Defined Reports (UDR) (Doc ID 2996968.1)

Symptoms

 User is getting a Unifier Notification when running a User-Defined Report (UDR), but not all UDR's.

Unifier Notification

"Results cannot be retrieved. Please contact System Administrator"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment as the user.
  2. Navigate to the UDR.
  3. Open the report.
  4. Run the report with default query parameters without changing the query parameters.
  5. Notice the report is unable to retrieve results and the Unifier Notification message is displayed.
