Symptoms

Customer is using weight based rate cost unit break, where they are using the selectors as Stop City and Stop Weight.

These selectors are used for selecting particular destination city and weight transported to that city. The expectation is when the system finds selected destination stop city and the stop weight falls under the selected weight break, then the corresponding Rate Record to be picked by system during planning activities.

Now, when customer is executing Show Routing or Bulk Plan actions, system is picking incorrect Rate Record.
