Unable To Change Resource Location

Symptoms
Not able to add new location to one resource by following these steps:
1 - Change the address;
2 - Click on Resolve;
3 - When clicking on update, the error "Unable to load data. Would you like to repeat?" is displayed and the address is not changed.
