Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When accessing the Primavera Cloud Portal and exporting All Users from Primavera Administration, some of the columns in the .csv file do not line up properly in Excel.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When exporting All Users from Primavera Administration in the Primavera Cloud Portal, the columns in the .csv file will line up properly in Excel.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-on to the Primavera Cloud Portal.
  2. Click on Primavera Administration.
  3. Click the User Administration tab.
  4. Click Export All Users.
  5. Save .csv file.
  6. Open .csv file in Excel.
  7. Notice that the columns do not line up properly.
