Symptoms

QTY_CANCELLED is updated without cancelling the qty Via PO Induction.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create cross dock PO via PO induction for two stores(store 1 qty:48 ,Store 2 qty:48)
2. Download the above order from GUI and update the QTY_ALLOCATED to below:
Store 1111 :24
Store 1211:72
3. Note QTY_CANCELLED is updated without cancelling the qty Via PO Induction.
