Symptoms

You loaded bad date data into STG_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER as a result in having a mismatch between the date format selected in the Data File Specification and the date in the data file.

Example:

Date Format: YYYY-MM-DD (or 2023-01-31)
Data File: DD-MON-YY  (or 31-Jan-23)

In STG_MANAGEMENTLEDGER, you get rows with AS_OF_DATE = 0031-01-23.

The issue is that you cannot delete this bad data from STG_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER using the Delete Data Loader program.  It appears the program verifies the date on the filename (20230131) and the date on each record which is 0031-01-23.  Since they do not match, nothing is deleted.  You need to remove these bad records from the table.
