When attempting to create a record via Auto Creation the following error occurs in the audit log of the destination Business Process:

ERROR

Auto Creation of [Business Process] record failure - Error Code: [Random Generated String]. An unexpected error has occurred. Contact your System Administrator referencing the error code.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Trigger auto-creation in the source Business Process.
2. Observe the error and that auto-creation failed in the destination Business Process.
