ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

MFCS DB - Logger_logs table is flooded by 'LP_rib_settings is fetched from RIB_SETTINGS' messages

The table logger_logs in MFCS schema was being flooded by messages stating in the TEXT column:

" LP_rib_settings is fetched from RIB_SETTINGS " and in the CALL_STACK column "object line object handle number name 0x1dea05568 232 package body RMS01.API_LIBRARY.GET_RIB_SETTINGS 0x1ed31ebe0 1 anonymous block ".

This produces between 100k and 400k messages daily.

The message indicated should not be logged and/or the cause should be resolved.
