On : 19.3 version, Merch - Procurement
Does a web service call publish limit to 2K or PO itself to limit 2k line items ?
We are limiting 50 line items in one call for a PO to sync it to RMS but even then we are receiving time out error post 3 minutes.
I am not sure why RMS is not able to create for 50 line item in one call in less 3 minutes.
And also we started noticing this error again – “System.ServiceModel.FaultException: Message older than allowed MessageAge”
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send POcre messages in webservices 2K line-item in single PO.
2. Notice that it takes lot of time to process and sometime fails with "System.ServiceModel.FaultException: Message older than allowed MessageAge”
