Symptoms

MFCS - Pre-Issued Order Numbers don't work for PO Induction

Creating a PO with a pre-issued ID throws "Order Number is invalid / NONE - UNHANDLED EXCEPTION/VALIDATION ERROR". Notice that error is reported for row 0.

Steps To Recreate:

1 - Pre-issue PO numbers for a specific supplier
2 - Download PO ODS file
3 - Create PO data using a pre-issued ID
4 - Upload PO ODS file
5 - Notice error on Data Loading Review Status screen
