Reverse Auto-Population to the Project/Shell Details Attribute Form is failing with "'Reverse Auto-populate Failure'"

Symptoms
When Reverse Auto-Population (RAP) is designed/configured/setup to RAP entries from a Business Process (BP) record to the Project/Shell Details Attribute Form:
Expected Result
The entries from the BP record should be RAP'd to the Project/Shell Details Attribute form without incident.
Actual Result
RAP Fails and the following is observed:
- In the BP record 'Reverse Auto-populate Failure' is written to the Audit Log.
- Company Workspace Admin mode: System Information > RAP Details, contains an entry for the BP record and shows that the job "Failed".
