Oracle Fusion Inventory: Miscellaneous Transactions Are Not Getting Created Through The FBDI Process (Doc ID 2997652.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import miscellaneous transactions (Miscellaneous Issue) using FBDI file import
the following error occurs.

The transaction cannot be processed because the value Y was selected for the use current cost column and an item cost was entered in the costing worksheet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the latest FDBI template to import material transactions
2. Add all the details and generate the CSV file
3. Upload the CSV file while running the Load interface file import program
4. Run the Manage Inventory transactions program

Due to this issue the miscellaneous transactions can not be loaded
