Business Unit is Not Available in List of Values for Manage Configuration Owner Tax Options Setups (Doc ID 2997796.1)

When trying to create a new Configuration Owner Options, the Business Unit (BU) X is not available in the LOV.

The same is applicable when user tries to create a new Tax. The BU X is not available in Configuration owner in the TAX page.

However, the BU X is assigned as subscription for the Tax Regime.
