Create Bill of Lading Screen should respond for Warehouse to Store Transfer
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open MFCS application
2) Open tasks and select Create Bill of Lading
3) Select a Warehouse in From and Store in To fields respectively
4) Try to add an Item, the screen keeps on loading

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to work on Bill of Lading Screen
