Symptoms


When attempting to refresh a sandbox, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Your last sandbox refresh process failed because of unresolvable conflicts. Review the merge log for more information.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to refresh sandbox
2. Error is thrown.
