Symptoms

When attempting to set up external authentication in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio in an Oracle Data Integrator on Marketplace (ODI on MP) instance, the following error occurs:

 

Changes

Used the external authentication documentation instructions to create the wallet file (cwallet.sso) for an LDAP bootstrap User and the file was then placed in the same file location as the custom jps-config-jse.xml file, for example: u01/oracle/mwh/odi/studio/bin/
