Unable To Add Inventory To Resource Using Parts Catalog

Symptoms
After selecting a part from the Parts Catalog results, the information from the part is not loaded into the fields on the Add Resource Inventory screen.
RECREATE STEPS:
- Go to the inventory list for any field resource.
- Click on Add to Resource.
- Search for an item in the Parts Catalog.
- In the parts catalog results, select one of the items.
- There is nothing filled up in the properties in the Add to Resource.
Changes
We enabled the new feature: DIRECT USE OF ITEM CATALOG FROM FUSION described at: https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/fsvc/releases/23D/23D-fsvc-wn.htm#F30995 to synchronize catalogs from Fusion to OFS.
