ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrade to 23.11 when changing the cashflow curve type it does not save the change. For example, when the user selects bulk edit and changes the distribution profile of a cashflow curve to (for example) bell curves, then update and select save, it takes a long time to save and once it completes it does not actually save the change.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

To be able to change the distribution profile of a project forecast.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the impacted project.
2. Cash Flow > Project Forecast.
3. Select 'Bulk Edit'.
4. Click Distribution Profile and make them all Bell Curves > Update.
5. Observe the change is saved.
6. Leave the project and return.
7. Observe the changes to the Forecast Profile is blank.
