Symptoms

When attempting to open a project, the following error occurs:

EVENT CODE VTRAT-3472-A
TCVirtualTable.RefreshAppend: TASKACTV: Access violation at address 0000000002E28331 in module 'PM.EXE'. Read of address 0000000000000000

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into P6 Professional.
2. Scroll to the project to open.
3. Right click on project and select "Open".
4. Observe the error message.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

The event code does not happen every single time.
The event code will also sometimes occur when closing one project and then attempting to open a different project.
