Around 114 financial categories on natural accounts but all of them are not showing up in OTBI
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For all financial categories on natural accounts to show in OTBI
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have new financial categories on natural accounts added
2. run below JOBs in ERP to import all the financial categories from GL to OTBI-
1) Maintain Chart of Accounts Hierarchies
2) Financials Tree Audit and Tree Flatten Process
3) Publish Chart of Account Dimension Members and Hierarchies to Balances Cubes
4) Create Rules XML File for BI Extender Automation
5) Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence
