PeopleSoft Application discovery on Stack monitoring fails with below errors

ERROR Reason: Resource creation request failed for : Error returned by BulkAddResources operation in StackMonitoring service.(409, NotAuthorizedOrResourceAlreadyExists, false) Update resource is not supported when canUpdateExistingResources is not [true]; Resource [HOSTNAME_PIAGroup_XXXX][oracle_psft_pia] already exists; ocid: [ocid1.stackmonitoringresource.oc1.XXX.XXXXXXXXXXXXX]
