Add Item Form On Transfer Edit Does Not Reset Item Type After Item Parent Is Used (Doc ID 2998144.1)

On : 19.3 version, Merch - Inventory Movement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Add Item form on Transfer Edit does not reset item type after Item Parent is used

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Browse to RMS Tasks --> Inventory --> Transfers --> Create Transfer
2. Create 'Manual Requisition' type transfer for warehouse to store.
3. Fill out location and click on 'Details' button.
4. Click '+' to open the Add Item form, In the 'Add Item' pop-up notice that 'Item' drop down selected by default.
5. Add tran-level item and click 'OK and Add Another' button.
6. Change the 'item' type to 'item parent' add item-parent to the transfer and click 'OK and Add Another' button.
7. Add item defaults 'item' drop down add any tran-level item and notice the error 'Invalid item' the item-description not pulled from backend?
