Symptoms

Database system shape change failed with following error:

From console:
Update DB System Shape operation failed. Refer to work request ID updateDbSystemScaleShape-587dff7e-c266-4840-a9c0-3ac4deffd6b1-ocid1.dbsystem.oc1.ap-mumbai-1.xxxxxx when opening a Service Request at My Oracle Support.

From the dbcli describe job output:
DCS-11034:Database configured with SGA_TARGET value 0, which is not recommended. Shape change not supported for ASMM disabled environment.
