PRC:POZ: Unable To Update Inactive Dates On Supplier Profile Level Which Has Tax Registration Number

Symptoms
Unable to update Inactive Dates on supplier profile level using FBDI Import (all failed suppliers has tax registration Number at profile level).
Tax validation is turned on and the Tax Registration numbers is not provided in FBDI (Import Action UPDATE)).
The FBDI is populated with BATCH_ID, IMPORT ACTION as 'UPDATE', SUPPLER NAME (Provided supplier names those to be updated) and INACTIVE_DATE (Provided inactive date in required format).
Suppliers needs to be updated with inactive dates as present in source system as part of Implementation. Many Suppliers got inactive date updated, but few got failed showing the error:
"This tax registration number already exists for party type Third party site and party name "<Shows same supplier name that we are trying to update>" for the same period. (ZX-885304).
Cause You can't use the same tax registration number for different party types and party names for the same period.
Action For this party, you must enter a different tax registration number or enter a different period.".
