How to populate tables related to Retail Insights Configurations?

As part of the pre-requisite to load calendar/dimension/fact data to RI we need to have clear understanding on below tables configuration

1. If we perform the clean-up utility to load the MFCS data from scratch, will there be any impact on below listed tables? Will the tables also be cleaned, as we already have these tables populated.
2. If yes, how can we populate these tables. Will it be managed by Oracle?
