Symptoms

"Load Interface File for Import" for Import Process "Amendment Transaction Data for Reconciliation" fails with the below error starting from January 1, 2024 -

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table JG_TAX_INVOICE_REFERENCES, column TAX_INVOICE_DATE.
ORA-01850: hour must be between 0 and 23
