VendorMod Messages Failing In RIB And Not Hitting MFCS (Doc ID 2998344.1)

Symptoms

User trying to publish Vendor Updates and notice messages are failing in RIB with below message:



ERROR
-----------------------

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: The MessageType: VendorMod is not a valid Message Type for this Parser




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Publish vendor mod message via SOAP

2.Check if the messages published to MFCS

3.If records did not reach MFCS  check the rib messages.



BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot publish Vendor mod messages via SOAP.
