Error: "Journal <Journal_Name> Already Exists" When Importing a Journal Artifact Alone from an LCM Snapshot. As a Result, all of the Journals in the Application have Disappeared (Doc ID 2998345.1)

Symptoms

 When importing Journal artifact alone from an existing LCM back up, the import failed with an error "Journal <Journal_Name> Already Exists". As a result, all the Journals in the target application are wiped out. User won't be able to see journals for all the periods.

Changes

 User imported the Journals from an LCM artifact which is from the same instance or from different instance.
