Inconsistency In The Functionality Of Not_before_date And Not_after_date (Doc ID 2998346.1)

Goal

When we are trying to create a purchase order in MFCS UI without giving the not before date and not after date, error message comes up and asks us to enter the dates before approving the order. But when we are creating a purchase order through RIB inbound by giving null not_before_date and not_after_date in the file, the order gets created successfully.

Request to check why there is inconsistency in the functionality.
