Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users are able to remove attachments and line Items before accepting a task in the workflow despite it being a view form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users to not be able to remove these attachments on a view form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the impacted Business Process Record.
  2. Go to the detail form and observe the ability to remove Line Item attachments.
