Symptoms
Administrative issue with Learning Assignments and the system is very slow.
My Client Groups > Learning > Initiatives, the search is taking a long time to complete or return errors.
Some of the seen errors:
- ADF_FACES-60097:Server exception during PPR #6.
- A connection to the server has failed. (Status=504)
