Symptoms
Error when Importing CPQ-Oracle Order Management Package with error
Addition of object (type 'Attributes' - name 'Net Price') failed.
Fatal database error: Error inserting primary Key = 3XXXX2 into bm_pricing_attribute: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (BM_AXXXXXXST.BM_PRICING_ATTRIBUTE_U1) violated
Changes
1. Navigate to Admin < Migration Center
2. Attempt to import the OM Package CPQ_FOM_Package_21B
3. The Migration fails due to the above error in Commerce1.11
