Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

There is an issue with truck splitting where the order is being split with the inaccurate values. There is a slight deviation from the truck splitting value when the original order is being split


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Order should be split with accurate values.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Setup truck splitting constraints at the supplier level.
2. Setup Replenishment for items under that supplier.
3. Run the replenishment.
4. Once the order generates via replenishment, check the prescaled order quantity.
5. Split the order and check the orders for the ordered qty values in order inventory management screen.
