ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Wire messages are successfully processed to completion in B2B but corresponding application messages are not being passed to the SOA composite.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that an application message should be generated for every wire message successfully processed in B2B.
