In Financial Consolidation Application, Consolidation Job Time Difference Between Data Management Process Details and Application Jobs (Doc ID 2998637.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
When integrating data in FCCS, Under 'Data Management' > 'Process Details' the system shows successfully consolidated, however, the consolidation keeps running under Application > Jobs
This is failing the consolidation of the next integration process as there appears to be a lag with consolidation completion and the status in the job console which completes approximately 3 mins after according to timings.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be no lag in the consolidation timings when executed from the Data Management vs FCCS Application Jobs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the FCCS application
2. From Data Management execute the data load rule with consolidation Job ON.
3. Check the timings for the consolidation Job from Data Management vs Application Jobs
