Goal

When shipping international parcel oblpns via FedEx, if the item does not have a unit cost associated with it, we run into the following error at the time of Manifesting the oblpn:

"Exception in web service call to FedEx for OBLPN <MyOBLPN>: Unit value required for item: <MyItem>"
