User Not Able To Add Merchandise Hierarchy When Data Level Security Is Set To Y (Doc ID 2998757.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to search for group to add to the dept, the group ID does not appear in the search.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to retrieve the group ID while creating department.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The user should have access to a division (Say 3).
2. Open RMS application and create a new group (Say 143) under the division which the user has the access to. (That is, 3 here). Save and close.
3. Create a new department (Say 6969) under the newly created group (That is, 143). But notice that, the group 143 cannot be searched in the search-box.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are not able to add merchandise hierarchy.
