Goal

History value conversion is not happening . How to correct this value?

Example -

1. The currency rates were loaded for 2023 while the element entries were loaded 2022-2023
2. After that we loaded currency rates for 2020 to 2022 but the rates are not updating for element entries for 20200,2021 and 2022.
3. It is still picking rates from year 2023
