Bell notification for event is not working

I have configured one field Named as Salas Admin Approval. where i have wrote gr oovy script in trigger where i got perfect execution in runtime massages but Bell notification is not poping up. tried in a different way as well. and also tried on object trigger where i got error - 300000013794114.
