When a user creates a promotion it is required to define the merchandise hierarchy.
But when a user downloads a promotion, the fields, Department, Class and Subclass are not populated.

Why are Department, Class and Subclass not populated in the downloaded promotions (specific price event)?

Which fields are expected to be populated when users search and download for a specific price event.

An example is for promotions, when a user creates a promo it is required to define the merchandise hierarchy, but when you download a promotion, these fields, dept, class, and subclass are not populated.

1. login RPCS
2. search for a promotion created at item level
3. download the promotion
4. open the template downloaded
5. confirm fields Dept, class & subclass are not populated
