Expired and Terminated Leases Are Not in LOV for Miscellaneous Payments (Doc ID 2998855.1)

Expired and Terminated Leases are not available for Miscellaneous Payments.

When querying the lease number field in Create Miscellaneous Payments screen, the list is not showing Terminated / Expired Leases

Steps to replicate:

1. Create Miscellaneous Payment from task = Expense Payments>Manage Payments
2. Search for lease which has been terminated (or expired)
3. Actions>Create Miscellaneous Payments
4. In form entry, Open LOV for the Lease Number field
     Do not find expired nor terminated leases in LOV
