Constituent Record Creation Error in SM Cloud

The following error occurs when creating a new person profile from the Create Profile page.
  

ERROR

An error or time-out has occurred. Wait a minute then conduct a search for the person to determine if the new user account was created. If not, try again.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create new users.
